The miles are automatically transferred with 45 days to the accounts of those guests that made direct reservations without appealing agents´services. All you have to do during the check-in is provide a programme participation card. You also have an opportunity to recover miles within 150 days from the date of service. Having provided the programme member card during the check-in at AMAKS hotels and resorts you get 300 miles per each day of residence transferred to your personal account. The programme covers AMAKS hotels and resorts in Belgorod, Voronrzh, Kazan, Rostov, Tambov, Perm, Ufa.

Frequent customers who are considered to be:
*guests who have been awarded a similar card earlier. In this case they get an extra card.
*guests that during a calendar year stayed no less than 5 times at any hotel or resort of the chain.
VIP-guests who are considered to be individuals that use a large range of additional services (at a hotel, restaurant, leisure centre) and pay at least 20000 rubles each time they resort to such services. VIP-guests get the card only if so decided by the manager of a hotel.
If a guest does not fall under the above provisions he is free to buy it for the set price of 1000 (a thousand) rubles.
