As for now, AMAKS Hotels & Resorts managing company has already had several years of successful business in the field of management and development of hospitality objects in Russia.

Today the enterprise is one of the largest nationwide hotel chains and includes 15 hospitality complexes operated in various regions on the territory of Russia. Complexes include business and traveller´s hotels as well as health resorts.
The core of the chain is three-star hotels most demanded on the market, operated under a single nationwide brand and uniformly accepted standards. To diversify its investment portfolio the chain bought Shakhtyor health resort in Essentuki and Ust-Kachka health resort. Besides, an all-new four star hospitality complex is now under construction in Moscow region.

In December, 2006 the company began to construct an all-new hospitality complex in Moscow region, planned to be implemented in the first half of 2011.

Hotels that now belong the Company were originally bought as operating hospitality complexes. Almost all the hotels purchased in 2004-2005 were built in the USSR and had a poor financial standing. The properties underwent reconstruction and the rooms were renovated. Plus, the Company built new entertainment facilities and restaurants and introduced new corporate hospitality business standards.

AMAKS has developed a floor-by-floor reconstruction plan that takes into consideration the necessity of non-stop operation of a hotel in case building and repairs are necessary.
