ÀÌÀÊS Hotels & Resorts is constructing a new multipurpose complex in the region of Moscow. The object is planned to be classified as a four star property and called “AMAKS Congress-hotel”.
Podolsky district where the hotel will be built is located 26 km away from Moscow, in the south-west of the region. Picturesque landscapes, vast woodlands, and a lot of water bodies, including mineral springs, the land is rich in facilitate climatic therapy and treatment.
The complex is planned to occupy an area ogf 10 hectars on the bank of river Pakhra.
The following services are planned to be rendered:- comfortable accommodation in up to 240 rooms of various categories (from standard rooms to deluxe apartments, trademark suites and specialised rooms);
- congress centre for 500 people that is planned to include two conference halls for 200 and 300 people respectively;
- restaurant complex of two restaurants one of which will offer hotel trademark meals;
- entertainment centre (including bowling ground and indoor swimming pool with a small water park).

The construction implies two stages. The second stage includes construction of cottages for rent.
